Cancellation Policy
At Joanne Varni Yoga, we are dedicated to providing exceptional yoga and healing sessions tailored to your needs. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the following policies apply: Service Packages and Pre-Paid Sessions: Packages and pre-paid sessions must be utilized within six months of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon with Joanne Varni. Cancellation Policy: We require cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the session cost. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for purchased services or packages. Legal Release: Prior to your first session, a signed legal release form is mandatory. This ensures mutual understanding and safety during the sessions. By adhering to these policies, we can maintain the highest standards of service and commitment to your wellness journey. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
