EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or tapping) is a collection of practical tools for working with our Mind-body connection, to easily and quickly improve the quality of our lives. Tapping is an easy to do and with positive results are often felt immediately.

 

What is tapping?

-It’s a bridge between talk and touch therapies for therapeutic change

-EFT is a cognitive and somatic modality many refer to as acupressure

-Some aspects of EFT are similar to EMDR 

-EFT combines traditional western and non-western methods, such as ancient Chinese medicine concepts of the body’s energy system and mindfulness, with verbal sensorimotor and neurological elements

-It’s a natural stress and pain reduction tool using fingertip tapping upon the body with focused statements about problems and conditions being experienced

 

Tapping can be used for so many things. It can help with anxiety, stress, trauma, cravings, pain reduction, and phobias. It can be useful to create positive life shifts and assist with blocks that keep us from our achieving goals and aspirations. Positive results are often experienced after just one session!
