In this course, through six self-paced lessons and four practices, learn the importance of the vagus nerve and how it relates to nervous system regulation, co-regulation, and overall well-being. The Polyvagal theory is presented in relationship to living a life that’s in rhythm so we can experience more flow, peace, and joy. The yoga practices are easy, accessible and will enhance the ability to regulate the systems of the body. This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practioners alike. The course includes: Six lessons (54 minutes of lessons) Four physical yoga practices (48 minutes of practices)
